Fixed Problem

Refuges are available.
Sample Civilians run away to refuges.
The new parameter period of simulation is available. The default value is 72 hours.
The default value of send_udp_size was optimized for Ethernet.
The enter key stop the kernel safely.
Injury of agents.
The numbers of dead and living agents are displayed.
The numbers of burnt buildings are displayed.

The samplecivilian takes time in connection. (avoidable by adding "#define TINY" to main.cxx of the samplecivilian, but remember that it is disobedience to the rule.)
On Windows, probably blockades and collapse simulations do not work (but this problem will not be fixed).

Log Player by Koto: Plays a log of simulation.
Sample Fire Simulator by Koto: Concocts fire simulation.
Sample Traffic Simulator by Koto: Concocts traffic simulation.
Sample Civilian by Koto: Simple agents.
