Fixed Problem

The samplecivilian takes time in connection. (avoidable by adding "#define TINY" to main.cxx of the samplecivilian, but remember that it is disobedience to the rule.)
On Windows, probably blockades and collapse simulations do not work (but this problem will not be fixed).

GIS by Hatayama (Apr.23 Version): Provides an initial state (a map etc) of simulation.
kernel by Koto: A core module of RoboCupRescue Simulation System.
viewer by Koto: Visualizes the simulation. This is a simple 2D version. We are developing a 3D version.
blockadessimulator (Ver.0.1 Modified) by Tayama: Simulates blockades of roads.
collapsesimulator (Ver.0.1) by Tayama: Simulates collapse of buildings.
samplefiresimulator by Koto: Concocts fire simulation.
sampletrafficsimulator by Koto: Concocts traffic simulation.
samplecivillian by Koto: Simple agents.
miscsimulator by Koto: Simulates miscellaneous simulations (AK_LOAD, AK_UNLOAD, AK_RESCUE, AK_STRETCH, AK_CLEAR, and injuries).
logplayer by Koto: Plays a log of simulation.
